HueFlow has no accounts, so there is no "delete my account" screen inside the app. You can still request deletion of the data associated with your use of the app by following the steps below.
✉️ Request deletion of my data
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your bridge's IP/key, local backups | Never leave your device unless you export a backup yourself — there is nothing stored on our systems. They are deleted automatically when you disconnect the bridge or uninstall the app. Nothing to delete here. An exported backup file stays wherever you saved it; one sent to us for recovery is deleted once we return it. |
| Usage/analytics data (Firebase Analytics) | Deleted on request via the email above. Without a request, it is retained for up to 14 months (the retention window configured in Firebase Analytics) and then deleted automatically by Google. |
| Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) | Deleted on request via the email above. Without a request, Google deletes them automatically after 90 days. |
| Advertising identifier (Google AdMob) | Managed by Google, not by HueFlow. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time under Android Settings → Google → Ads on your device. |
| Purchase history (Google Play Billing) | Kept by Google Play under Google's own retention policy — HueFlow stores no payment data. |
| Tester sign-up (Google Forms) | Deleted on request via the email above — tell us the email address you used in the form. Without a request, deleted when the test program ends. |
